    • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days 

    Subscribers always receive express delivery (1–2 business days).

    All orders with express shipping receive next day delivery if the order was placed before 4pm (UK time) Monday - Friday.

  • For one-time purchases: 

    • Standard Delivery: £2.99 
    • Express Delivery: £4.99 

    Subscription orders & one-time purchases £50 and over include free express delivery every time.

  • Yes! Free delivery is included with all subscription orders & one-time purchases £50 and over. We charge a small delivery fee based on the selected method for any one-time purchases under £50.

  • At the moment, we currently offer UK delivery only. 

    We’re exploring options to expand internationally soon - stay tuned!

  • Yes, we ship to all areas across the UK. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your postcode, please reach out to our support team and we’ll be happy to confirm. 

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a dispatch email with your tracking link. You can use this link anytime to follow your parcel’s journey until it reaches your doorstep.

  • If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update your delivery address. 

    Please contact us as soon as possible at support@essentlblends.com with your order number and the new address.

  • Subscription orders are shipped automatically every month with free express delivery (1–2 business days - next day delivery on orders placed before 4pm (UK time) Monday - Friday). You’ll receive an email notification each month as soon as your order has been dispatched.

  • Yes, you can manage your subscription details anytime through your subscription account or by contacting our customer support team before your next billing date.

Returns & Refunds

  • Yes! If something isn’t right with your order, you can request a refund within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. 

    To start a return or refund, please contact our team at support@essentlblends.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • You can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we can’t process refund requests made after this period.

  • Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be notified by email. Approved refunds are issued for the full product amount (excluding shipping fees, unless the item is faulty or incorrect). 

    Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • We kindly ask customers to cover the return postage costs for all refunds. We recommend using a tracked postal service to make sure your return arrives safely. 

  • If you’d like to exchange a product, please email support@essentlblends.comwith your order number and the item you’d like instead. We’ll guide you through the exchange process.

  • We’re so sorry if your order isn’t perfect. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact support@essentlblends.comwith photos and your order number, and our team will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

  • Due to our products being consumables, we can only accept returns for unused items in their original packaging. This ensures all products meet our safety and quality standards. 

  • Subscription orders can be returned if they meet our standard return policy (unused and in original packaging within 30 days). If you’d like to pause or cancel future deliveries, you can manage this easily through your subscription account or by contacting our support team. 

  • We’re so sorry for the mix-up! If you received the wrong product, please email support@essentlblends.comwith a photo of the item and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away at no extra cost to you.

  • If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we can cancel it and issue a full refund. Please contact support@essentlblends.com within 6 hours of placing your order, as our team begins preparing shipments shortly after purchase. 

    If your order has already been shipped, you’ll need to follow our returns process once it arrives. 

  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider. If it’s been longer, please contact support@essentlblends.com, and we’ll look into it for you. 

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless your item was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked postal service when sending returns, as we can’t be held responsible for items lost in transit without proof of delivery.
