Returns

We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

To start a return, please contact our team at support@essentlblends.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide the return address and next steps.

Please note: we don’t cover return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be notified by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
